I would like to use Ecom feature of MMIO to my website but only after they click shop now. Is that what you call sub domain? I'm already using the chatbot and now I want to integrate Ecom feature. Do I need to have woocommerce or can I integrate this directly at my website ?

Please note that Woocommerce is not needed to achieve this.
You may create an MMIO Ecom store, then on your website's button, you can enter your MMIO Ecom store's URL so that when your customers click that Button on your website, they will be redirected to your MMIO Ecom store.
