Answer:
If order status is “Abandoned”, this means the customer proceed to checkout but did not complete the order. Also, the system only converts “Filled Delivery Info” orders to “Abandoned” if the order is “On-hold” - the system does not touch it.
Abandoned -> This order status means that the customer has proceeded to check out but did not continue to payment. Orders with "Filled delivery info" status that did not proceed to the payment within 15 minutes get automatically converted to "Abandoned" status.
