You used the #CART_URL# incorrectly
This is supposed to be used for Abandon cart recovery - so that the customer doesn't need to add to cart the products again, the cart will be automatically populated with their order and all they have to do is continue with delivery details and payment
Maybe what you need is the #ORDER_DETAILS_URL# - this will allow customers to view the status of their order by visiting the order details link
You may use the #ORDER_DETAILS_URL# variable for this. Simply add it to your Shop notification message.
